minibell is a lovingly run online shop that specializes entirely in small dogs.

With us you will find hand-picked products that are specially tailored to the needs of small furry noses – from functional clothing to stylish accessories.

Who is behind minibell?

minibell was founded by Moritz – with a lot of passion and inspired by his Chihuahua, Mini , who is both the "model" and quality control expert. 🐶✨

How can I order from minibell?

Simply select your favorite product, choose the size and color,
Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
'Our ordering process is clear, secure and only takes a few minutes.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer secure payment options, including:

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

If your order has not yet been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer amend or cancel it.

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 14 working days .

Can I track my shipment?

Shipment tracking is currently unavailable .

How do I find the right size for my dog?

Each product description includes a size chart with exact measurements.
Please measure your dog's chest circumference, back length, and neck circumference.
If you're unsure, feel free to send us a message with the measurements.

Are the products specifically designed for small dog breeds?

Yes, absolutely! All our products are designed for small dog breeds .
We pay particular attention to lightweight materials, comfortable cuts and secure fits .

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return products if they don't fit?

Of course. You can return items within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that the item is unworn and clean . Simply send us a short message to retoure@minibell.de and return the item to us.

How long does the refund take?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you within 3-5 working days via the originally chosen payment method.
